These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the plytime online gaming platform, operated at plytime.org. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using plytime, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out below.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the plytime platform at plytime.org (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and plytime ("plytime," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Your continued use of plytime after any posted amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
To register and use the plytime Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
plytime employs age and identity verification procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You acknowledge that misrepresenting your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each User may maintain only one (1) plytime account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and for updating your account details promptly if they change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plytime account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify plytime immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. plytime will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
plytime accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits: All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Deposits are generally credited to your plytime wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. plytime is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. plytime processes most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically credited within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawal Conditions: plytime reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where:
plytime offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
plytime reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Any attempt to abuse the plytime bonus system, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, collusion, or coordinated bonus wagering strategies, will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in account termination.
All games available on the plytime Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by plytime, its employees, or any external party after a game round has commenced. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for individual games are available upon request.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, plytime's system logs shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of the interruption. plytime reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error that materially affected the outcome.
plytime's live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute concerning a live dealer game, the studio recording will serve as the primary evidentiary record.
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following while using the plytime Platform:
plytime reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the plytime Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any plytime Content without the express prior written consent of plytime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plytime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if plytime has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
plytime's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their plytime account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
plytime does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
plytime collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
plytime implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and plytime's servers is protected by SSL encryption.
plytime reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if plytime reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause, plytime may forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play, and may withhold any balance pending fraud investigation. Legitimate account balances will be returned to you after completion of any required investigation, net of any amounts owed to plytime.
You may close your plytime account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits plytime's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or enforce its rights under this Agreement.
plytime reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, plytime will provide notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the plytime Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
