1 Scope & Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by plytime through the plytime.org website, any associated mobile-optimized web application, customer support communications, and any other service operated by plytime in connection with its online gaming platform in the Philippines.

By registering a plytime account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described herein. 2.2 Identity Verification Documents (KYC)

• Scanned copy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS, GSIS, PRC);
• Selfie photograph for liveness verification;
• Proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent) where required.

2.3 Financial Information

• GCash mobile number and transaction reference numbers;
• PayMaya account details as provided during transactions;
• Philippine bank account name and account number (for bank transfer withdrawals);
• Transaction history: deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment channel used.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game sessions: titles played, wager amounts, game outcomes, session duration;
• Bonus participation and wagering history;
• Account balance movements and VIP loyalty points accumulation.

2.5 Technical & Device Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation (country/region level);
• Device type, operating system, and browser version;

• Age verification (21+ compliance): To confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement mandated by PAGCOR regulations — processed on the basis of legal obligation;
• Payment processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank channels — processed on the basis of contractual necessity;
• Anti-money laundering (AML) compliance: To monitor transactions and fulfil reporting obligations under Philippine AML law — processed on the basis of legal obligation;
• Fraud prevention and platform security: To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse — processed on the basis of legitimate interests;

5 Data Sharing & Disclosure

plytime does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment service providers: GCash (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), PayMaya Philippines, Inc., and Philippine banking partners receive the minimum financial data necessary to process your transactions;
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services engaged to verify your identity, age, and document authenticity for regulatory compliance;
• Game software providers: Licensed game suppliers may receive anonymized gameplay data for game performance monitoring and RTP auditing purposes;
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: Philippine government agencies, PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive;
• Professional advisors: Legal, accounting, and auditing firms engaged by plytime under strict confidentiality obligations;
• Corporate successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of plytime's business assets, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

6 International Data Transfers

Some of plytime's technology infrastructure, game software providers, and service partners may be located outside the Philippines. When your personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, plytime ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the use of contractual data protection clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission.

By using the plytime Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the Philippines where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject always to appropriate protective measures.

7 Data Retention

plytime retains your personal data for the following periods, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized:

• Account and identity data: For the duration of your active plytime account, plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by Philippine AML regulations;
• KYC documents: Minimum five (5) years from the date of document submission, in compliance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements;
• Financial transaction records: Minimum five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by law;
• Gaming activity data: Three (3) years from account closure, unless required to be retained longer for regulatory or legal purposes;
• Technical and access logs: Twelve (12) months from the date of logging, unless relevant to an ongoing security investigation or legal proceeding.

8 Security Measures

plytime implements the following technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

While plytime takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, you acknowledge that you transmit information to us at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your plytime account credentials.

9 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

plytime uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, improve user experience, and measure Platform performance. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function, including session management, login authentication, and security features. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and game display options to personalise your plytime experience.
• Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how players use the Platform (e.g., pages visited, session duration) to help plytime improve its services. No personally identifiable information is collected via analytics cookies.

11 Children's Privacy — 21+ Requirement

The plytime Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. plytime does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If plytime becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without verified parental or guardian consent, plytime will immediately delete such information and close the associated account. 12 Third-Party Links

The plytime Platform may contain references to third-party payment providers (such as GCash and PayMaya) in the context of explaining available payment methods. plytime is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party entities. Your interactions with third-party payment processors are governed by those entities' own privacy policies.

plytime does not embed external advertising trackers or affiliate tracking scripts that collect your personal data for the benefit of third-party advertisers.

13 Policy Amendments

plytime reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance from the National Privacy Commission, or plytime's data processing practices. When material changes are made, plytime will notify registered Players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent version became effective. Your continued use of the plytime Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
